The third of his epitaphs says, "Does not hold a grudge," and can be found by the bottom wall of the room to the left of the main area. He'll give players the epitaph that says "Sawer Patel 1702 - Fall 1778" when he's defeated, and the epitaph that reads "Eaten by a hungry dog" can be found on the ground just to the left of him and goes in the second slot of his grave marker. Sawyer's main card is the Bonehound, and players will notice that this skeleton has a nasty bite mark on his skull, so it's no surprise that a dog ate this poor guy. The gravestone in the middle belongs to Sawyer Patel, who is the skeleton blocking the stairs near the entrance to the room. Related: Inscryption: How to Use the Failure Bottle Kaycee Hobbes is a recurring character mentioned in every act of Inscryption and was apparently one of the developers of the mysterious game before her disappearance, which likely has some connection to the OLD_DATA that players learn about throughout this act. Players can also fish a Drowned Soul card from this well if they click on it again. Her gravestone is the one on the left, and the remaining two pieces of her epitaph read "Hit by a falling piece of ice" and "The defibrillator failed." The first of these can be found in the left casket in the room in the top right corner, and players can fish the other from the well in the room behind Kaycee. She uses ice-themed Draugr cards as well, and she'll give players the piece of an epitaph that says "Kaycee Hobbes 1970 - Winter 1992" when they beat her. The left gravestone belongs to the skeleton blocking the well, named Kaycee Hobbes, and has a chunk of ice sticking out of her skull. Grimora's domain is in the bottom right corner of the world and is shaped like a skeletal hand with a mausoleum on its wrist. After that point, the remaining Scrybes can be challenged in any order. Once one of them is defeated, the broken bridge in the center of the world will be fixed, allowing players to face P03 and Magnificus. Players can choose to face either her or Leshy first. Grimora is the Scrybe of the Dead, one of the first two Scrybes that players can challenge in this act, along with Leshy, Scrybe of Beasts, whose cabin returns from Act I. Related: Inscryption: Which Cards Have Hidden Abilities (& What They Do) Each one corresponds to one of the four-deck types that players must choose from at the beginning of this act, and this choice also determines which Scrybe they aim to replace after defeating all four. As they return to their former glory and are released from the cards that Leshy had trapped them in, players discover that each one is responsible for creating different types of cards in the game. Players may recognize each of the Scrybes from Act I's talking cards: the Stoat, the Stinkbug, and the Stunted Wolf, who are named P03, Grimora, and Magnificus.
